Why New Scaler exists

New Scaler started because we saw it happen too often. IT projects running over budget, money spent on tools nobody needed, and results that never matched what was promised. We knew there was a better way, one built on genuine value rather than unnecessary spend. That same frustration is still the reason New Scaler exists today, to save businesses money and deliver work that is done properly, on time, every time.

A note from our co-founder

We started New Scaler in 2012 after watching too many IT projects waste money that should have gone towards real results. Businesses were paying for complexity they did not need, while the basics were often overlooked entirely. We wanted to build something different, a consultancy that tells clients exactly what they need, nothing more, and delivers it properly. That principle has not changed since day one, and it will not change as New Scaler grows.
